Muskoka Lumber Community Centre
Description:
The Muskoka Lumber Community Centre is a 10,000sqm community centre complete with library, community hall, arena and fieldhouse. As an intermediate team member, I supported junior staff during early design. I went on to take more leadership through CD and into CA, where I acted as the primary BIM contact for the GC, reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs from associated trades.
Responsibilities:
Envelope detailing; interiors detailing; CA office administration; site visits and field reviews; consultant and client coordination; value engineering and cost analysis; building code, accessibility analysis; schematic design, design development, tender, and addenda drawing sets; design studies & renders; programming analysis; public engagement session and board preparation.
