Project:
ChinPaoSan Necropolis
Responsibilities:
Plans, sections and elevations; design studies; 3D and physical models; renderings; material and precedent research.
This project in Taiwan provides a new arrival hall to serve the complex’s 10,000 existing burial sites and an oceanic pavilion for an additional 150,000 ashbox sites. I was responsible for building a 1:100 scale site model that explains to the client necessary landscape excavations, and 1:20 scale study models that test how light enters the buildings. I also produced a complete set of section and elevation drawings of both buildings for the schematic design drawing set and presentation booklet.
